I have been practicing consistently for 7+ years and have always loved yoga. Connecting with the body and breathe while honoring your body is a very grounding and healing experience that many people can benefit from.

Group classes      $150 hr   (8-15 people)

Private Sessions  $65 hr     (1-2 people)
